How to buy?
Upon checking out your items, you will be asked to enter some "Shipping Details" and you may proceed with transferring the money to the account provided under the "payment" section. Please make your payment within 24 hours. (Your order will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours if you did not make payment, and you will have to reorder again)
Can I make a donation without purchasing from your store?
Yes, you may! For those of you who wish to make a donation without making a purchase at our store, you may choose to bank in the amount to CIMB 7071 505 778 (Kok Xin Yi), with the reference ("Your Name"_Donation)

We currently ship to KL & PJ only
How much is your delivery fee?

Which charity are you donating to?
100% of our profit will be donated to Persatuan Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Istimewa Ihsan
What do you mean when you say 100% profit is donated to charity?​
Our maths is simple. The preloved items we receive are from donations, and we currently have a team of volunteers who are not receiving any salary. The only cost incurred is our delivery charges & paper wrappings. So, for every sale we make, we will deduct the aforementioned costs, and we will donate all (100%) of the remaining profit to the charity organization.
What are the conditions of your current clothes in your catalogue?
We have a stringent process of checking our donated preloved clothes. Upon ensuring the items are suitable and in good condition (clean + no stains or defects etc), we price each item at a  reasonable rate and upload them in our collection.
How fast will my items be delivered?
You will receive your items within 1 week after we successfully receive your payment.
Is my purchase refundable if I am not satisfied with the items?
Sorry, we currently do not entertain refunds once your order is placed.
